Founded by long-time QuickBooks consultant Robin Shea, began with a mission to help small business owners save time and money by providing them with timely, accurate, and affordable accounting records. Our unique approach combines a team approach and secure remote access technologies to keep costs low with one-on-one client review sessions geared to help business owners better understand financial reporting. We take the time to explain accounting in plain English so that you can better understand and control your bottom line and experience the growth that you envision for your company.

Robin Shea
President
Robin has spent the last 30 years providing Finance and Accounting solutions to small business owners. After studying Accounting & Business Management at Southern NH University, she worked for Sanders Associates in the Cost Accounting Department. She then served as the Office Manager in an investment advisory firm in the Dartmouth area improving their accounting & cash management systems.
She later started Shea & Shea Business Solutions, Inc., her own consulting business where she set up accounting and financial structures for hundreds of companies and provided custom accounting system solutions, such as time & billing systems, payroll solutions, inventory control and e-commerce.
She is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, is Series 6 securities licensed to help provide retirement solutions, and is NH Life, Accident and Health Insurance Licensed.

Ryan Shea
Accounting Associate & Tax Preparer
Ryan handles a number of different duties to include Personal & Small Business Tax Returns, full Clean of of Quickbooks files, He is our resident Importing Specialist of external data into QBO (QuickBooks Online) and QBD Quickbooks Desktop). Ryan studied tax preparation at H&R Block and has worked for several years for small and mid-sized companies (under $10M) where he handling all areas of accounting. Ryan has worked for Shea & Shea Business Solutions For the past eight years in various positions including personal staff assistant, consultant, and trainer.

Rocky Nenarella
Accounting Associate
Rocky comes from a Military Logistics, Program Manager, Acquisition and Finance background with the most recent position of Chief Financial Officer before retiring from service in December 2022. Rocky supports the firm’s daily operations including administrative tasks as well as ongoing communications with the clients. Rocky is Master Logistician, so understands the complexity of military specific systems, and can speak in the same language as many of the retired veterans Shea & Shea Business supports. Rocky studied tax preparation on Eglin Air Force Base where he volunteered doing tax returns for several years supporting military members. Rocky has a good background of the behind the scenes financial data and functions, and is a new member to the Shea & Shea Business team. Rocky works as an Accounting manager, staff assistant, consultant, and trainer (expert/teacher of Word and Excel).

Genesis Fen Meyor Soto
Accounting Associate, Spanish Team Lead
Genesis supports the firm’s daily operations including administrative tasks as well as ongoing communications with the clients. Genesis spent years of school studying for, and finally become an Attorney in her home country of Venezuela. Today she heads up our Spanish speaking team of Accounting Associates. Genesis is relatively new to the Shea & Shea Business team, but is exciting, energetic, and committed to unwavering and flawless accounting. Genesis is leading the Spanish speaking team since the teams inception and has jumped into various positions including personal staff assistant, consultant, and trainer.

Gabrielle Shea
Accounting Associate
Gabrielle heads up our US Northwest Branch of Accounting Associates. Gabrielle was the General Manager at Lowes for 10 years and has a deep understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Order Management, and accounting. She has worked for Shea & Shea Business Solutions For the past three years in various positions including personal staff assistant, consultant, and trainer.

Brook Martin
Accounting Associate
Brooke supports the New Hampshire team of Accounting Associates. Brook studied tax preparation at H&R Block and worked for a mid-sized e-commerce company where she handling all areas of accounting. She has worked for Shea & Shea Business Solutions For the past twelve years in various positions including personal staff assistant, consultant, and trainer.
